Other - Per-Note Time Source
Returns the current position inside the note in Syntropy's 44.1 kHz reference timing domain. It is the main time source for envelopes, decays, LFO-like movement, binary rhythms, and animated filter motion.
pos() starts at 0 on note-on. In this reference domain, 44100 means one second after the note start. Syntropy rescales internally so the audible timing stays the same at other host sample rates.
sin(pos()/700)
pos() is classified as an Other/time-source function. It can drive envelopes and modulation, but it is not itself an envelope generator.
